Last Sunday, October 24th, over at Phindy's PCP site, was the big kick off to the week long party. They started with a Cardathon, what's that you ask, well it's a online live cardmaking crop class/ tutorial. The host showes you step by step how to make a card with photos and all you have to do is follow along and keep refreshing your browser to see the next step. Of course you also chit chat about other things along the way and have fun, fun, fun. This is another card that will be entered into Phindy's Place challenge blog.
It's a party celebration over at Phindy's place this week, they have reached 1000 members on there PCP site. So, we be partying all week long, if you're not a member of her group, go on over, join up and participate in all the fun. This image is a freebie for members only, you have to e-mail Phindy for it, we had to use it for Anne's sketch challenge over at PCP, what a fun sketch. Today's scheduled event is a special challenge hosted by Tammy, I can hardly wait. At Phindy's challenge blog, you must use your favorite color. She has extended the challenge for 2 week, so you have plenty of time to play at both places.

Cards for Men is having a Anything goes challenge this week, as long as it's male, of course. Here is a card I did for my nephew's 4th Birthday. The image is from Mo's Digital Pencil and I used Copic Markers to color in the image. I'm also entering this card into Stamp Something where the challenge is to use a digi.
This is week 3 of Delightful Inspirations progressive challenge. This week Faith honors Breast Cancer awareness Month with a collage image, Beautiful Blessings, a combo of her two new release sets, Hope and Dream and Beautiful Life. You can find them here. Over at Double Delights, they too are honoring Breast Cancer awareness Month with their challenge, Think Pink! The sketch I used is from Priscillas Midnight Madness.

Here is my card for the Clearly Delightful Challenge #10, the challenge there is to use one of their images and ribbon. The sketch is from PCP's Saturday Sketch challenge. If you follow my blog you'll see that I CASED this from my Designed 2 Delight card. I really enjoyed this sketch, it's so clean and simple.

Their very first challenge is to use METAL anywhere on your projects, how simple is that? Here is what I came up with.
At the beginning of every month Stretch N' Bubbles provides a freebie for everyone to use in their challenges. If you play and use it, you received another image free in your e-mail, you have to play every week to get the new free image. This weeks free image, for everyone to use, was the Witch's Cauldron. As you can see, I kept this one very simple, truth be told, I don't celebrate Halloween, therefore didn't have any embellishments to use. 
I used Copic markers to color in the image and use white liquid applique to simulate the fur on Santa's hat. Cut out the image and added it to the spellbinders Pointsettia frame which I had stenciled yellow, green, red and gold.
