Lady - bugs!

It's time for Faith's progressive challenge over at Delightful Inspiration. This week we were given this digi set named Catch the bug, so cute. The Beary Scrap is contuning with with their Birthday Bash and the theme until March 31, is Spring. The sketch is from Doodle Pantry Challenge #10 and over at DYSU it's about shine. This card will also be entered into Paper Sundaes Embossing challenge.

Sweetness!

Isn't this the cuties image ever!! It's called Scoop of Love and it's from Phindy's Place. Over at her challenge blog, here, the theme is Hot Stuff/Warm Colors/Sunshine, nothing says that like ICE CREAM. At Stamp Something it's all about something sweet, well, what do you think, is this sweet or what. The sketch is from this weeks challenge at The Sweet Shop and this card will be entered into Flutter by Wednesday's favorite challenge. What's my favorite you ask? Well, for right now it's anything representing Summer, I'm so tired of the snow. Also entering this into Catch the Bug baby/kids project challenge.

Say hello to Party Elephant from Hambo Stamps, over at their challenge blog, Hambo Hoedown the theme this week is SPARKLE, you think I have enough! When you say party and sparkle, it makes me think of Birthdays, so I'm also entering this card into Crafty Cardmakers Special Birthday theme challenge and DYSU add a Bow. Catch the Bug's challenge theme this week baby/kids project, well, guess who's turning one. The sketch I used is from Mojo Monday current challenge 183.

Spring Showers!

You have one more day to enter Dustin Pikes's challenge of Spring Showers! That's right, it's starting to warm up and tomorrow is the first official day of Spring. This cute image is called April Showers, it's an oldie but a goodie- truth be told, I'm not sure if you can still purchase it at his shop-but he has plenty of brand new images. You're Grape!!

Doodle Pantry challenged us to use one of their images, this one is called Grapes of course, and it's a freebie over at the store here. The sentiment is from Create with TLC, it obviously goes perfect with this image. I'm also entering this card into, Digi Doodle Shop, Anything Goes and the Outlaws Wednesday sketch challenge.

Sweet Caroline!

Here is what I did with Faith's Angel Caroline image from Design2delight, if you played last week, Caroline would have been e-mailed to you. The sketch I used is from Sketches by Carly who just happens to do sketches for Flutter by Wednesday challenge blog. There challenge this week is to use the color green and/or this sketch. I'm also entering this into The Outlaws Tuesday color challenge, Orange and Pink.

The challenge over at Hambo Hoedown this week is to make a card with gold on it. This is what I came up with, this cute image is called St. Pat Hamster, just perfect for St. Patrick's Day. If you played last week you would have received him through e-mail, if not than you can use any of Hambo's images and follow the theme. Good Luck Everyone!!

February Mingle!

Just wanted to share with you a mingle card I received from Janet Berezowecki last month. Thank you so much Janet, it's beautiful!

My thoughts and prayers are with all the earthquake/tsunami victims in Japan and Hawaii.

Lucky Bird!

It's the start of Faith's progressive challenge over at Delightful Inspiration. The free image this week was Lucky Bird, as you can see I added some glitter to the ends of his feathers and wing. With St Patrick's Day and Spring around the corner it's only fitting that Lucky Bird has a shamrock in his mouth and rain boots on his feet, so cute.

Wild West!

Do It With Digis is going wild, this week the theme is the Wild West, with the option of an added charm. The image I used for my card is from Paulette of Create with TLC and the lucky horseshoes are from The Digi Shack. Over at The Digi Doodle Shop's Best the challenge is to use Black and White. I used a white prismacolor pencil to highlight the hoofs and the birds on the horse and used a red starbust pen for the rest of the design on the body.

In like a Lion!!

It's time for Hambo Hoedowns progressive challenge. This week the challenge is to make a masculine cards and to use stripes. You can use their freebie image called Lion that was sent out to those who played last week, but, if you didn't play, all you have to do is use any of their images, stick with the theme and get back into the loop.
Also entering this card into March Digi Day at Stamp Something.

Waiting for Spring!

Beary Sweet challenge is having a Birthday bash you have 2 Challenges, 3 chances and 5 prizes. The first challenge runs until the 14 of March and is a sketch challenge, you can go here to find out the rest of the deets.
Over at the Dustin Pike Blog, they have combined the challenge blog and his blog together so evertything is in one place. The very first challenge is Spring is in the air, so I used one of his easter images and spring colors for my card. We have another Spring challenge over at Delightful Challenges, which this card will also be entered into.

Getting ready for St. Patrick's Day!

The Stamping Boutique started their first challenge on March 1, the new challenges run bi-weekly and start on Tuesday. Go here to check out all the deets on their sidebar! For their first challenge its all about Texture, Sparkle and Buttons, this is what I came up with.

The sketch is from Priscilla's Midnight Madness 93, which also runs every Tuesday. I'm also entering this card into Magnolia Stamp Lovers challenge where it's about Buttons and Bling, and Stampin with the Dragon where the colors are Green, Gold/Yellow and White.

Fairytale Tilda

I love, love, love Magnolia stamps, this one is Fairytale Tilda, it reminds me of the Princess and the frog- for obvious reasons.

I'm not sure if you can see all the sparkle of her dress and flowers, here is a close up

The sketch was taken from this weeks Just Magnolia challenge, this layout by Mina is simply beautiful. At Magnolia Down Under, the challenge is Flower Power, so, this card will be entered there as well.

I'm also entering this card into Flutter By Wednesday, where anything goes as long as it has a butterfly, fairy or angel.

Daffodils!

I'm so in love with this image, Faith of Delightful Inspiration has given this image, Daffodils, to those who have played in her progressive challenge last week. On the first Friday of every month Faith displays a freebie for everyone, but to continue to get freebies, you have to play in the challenges.
